Champagne 1e Cru Tradition Pierson Cuvelier
This Tradition Champagne blends three vintages from premier cru vineyards, 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay, aged two years. Pale gold with fine, lively bubbles, it offers aromas of ripe apple, white peach, apricot, plum, dried pear, white pepper, anise, and floral notes. Fresh, delicate, and well-balanced on the palate, with fleshy fruit and a soft pink grapefruit finish, it is elegant and sincere—perfect for celebrations, receptions, weddings, or relaxed aperitifs with friends.
Champagne Grand Cru Prestige Pierson Cuvelier
The Prestige cuvée blends three vintages of reserve wines, 100% Pinot Noir from Grand Cru vineyards, aged three years. Blond with antique gold reflections, it offers aromas of peach, apricot, candied prune, syrup fruits, dried fig, hazelnut, almond, and a touch of anise. Full-bodied yet fresh, it has a long, persistent finish of noble bitterness and gentle sweetness. Elegant and complex, it is ideal for refined dinners, from aperitif to sauced fish and poultry in pastry.
Champagne Grand Cru Brut Nature Pierson Cuvelier
The Brut Nature cuvée blends three vintages, cœur de cuvée, 100% Pinot Noir from Grand Cru vineyards, with zero dosage. Creamy white mousse and fine bubbles top a straw-yellow robe with golden highlights. The nose shows juicy peach and apricot, hazelnut, pepper, dried flowers, bread crumb, and orange zest. Fresh, rich, and generous on the palate, its citrus finish keeps the palate lively. A cousin of Prestige, it expresses the house terroir delicately and is perfect as an aperitif or with white meat in citrus sauce.
Champagne Cuvée Rosé Pierson Cuvelier
Dieser Rosé-Champagner zeigt eine zarte, hellrosa Farbe und ein fruchtiges Bouquet aus Walderdbeeren, Himbeeren, Veilchen und Zitrusfrüchten. Am Gaumen ist er weich und rund, mit einer leichten Süße, die durch würzige und minzige Noten ausgeglichen wird. Am besten gut gekühlt genießen – perfekt zu italienischen Grissini oder einer sommerlichen Fruchtsuppe.
