Nebiolo

The color is a bright garnet red. The delicate bouquet evolves with time, revealing dried roses, violets, raspberry, blackberry, citrus, and almond. A second sip unveils cinnamon, nutmeg, tobacco, and light toasty notes. With age, earthy hints of dry leaves, resin, and bark emerge, along with a balsamic touch. The palate is soft, harmonious, and well-structured, with velvety tannins and a long, spicy finish.
